UI/UX Designer – Mobile App

Create a seamless, modern, and functional mobile experience for users (creators, sellers, admins).

Design user flows for onboarding, product/service listing, checkout, and analytics dashboard.
Build wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Define visual language (color, typography, spacing, motion).
Collaborate with Flutter developer for pixel-accurate implementation.
Conduct quick usability tests to ensure clarity and minimal friction.
Complete design system (buttons, cards, modals, navigation).
Figma prototypes for key flows: Home, Listing, Orders, Analytics, Settings.
UI assets for branding and marketing previews.

Flutter Developer

Convert designs into responsive, high-performance mobile apps.

Implement UI/UX components with Flutter (widgets, animations, state management).
Integrate Firebase backend (auth, database, storage, notifications).
Manage multi-role logic (buyer, seller, admin).
Optimize app speed and responsiveness.
Coordinate with backend and DevOps for API/data handling.
Fully functional cross-platform app (Android + iOS).
Clean codebase with modular architecture.
Integrated push notifications, analytics tracking, and login/signup flows.

3D Designer (Blender & Unity)

Build 3D elements for the platform (workspace previews, digital environment demos, product/brand visualization).

Design 3D assets for workspace representations, virtual booths, or interactive brand spaces.
Export optimized models for use in web or mobile (via Unity or WebGL).
Collaborate with UI/UX designer for embedding 3D previews within UI.
3D assets (low-poly optimized for app performance).
Unity scenes or assets integrated with app (optional AR/VR showcase).
Rendered visuals for marketing and dashboard previews.

Backend Engineer – Firebase

Build and maintain secure, scalable backend infrastructure.

Set up Firebase Authentication (email, Google, phone).
Manage Firestore/Realtime DB structures for users, products, orders, analytics.
Implement cloud functions for order handling, notifications, and data sync.
Integrate Firebase Storage for image/video hosting.
Implement role based access control (admin/seller/buyer).
Fully functional backend structure (auth, data, cloud functions).
API endpoints or Firestore structure documentation.
Realtime analytics data pipeline for dashboard.

DevOps Engineer

Automate, deploy, and maintain smooth CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

Set up build pipelines for Flutter and backend functions (GitHub Actions, Firebase Hosting).
Manage environment configurations for dev, staging, production.
Monitor app performance, error logs, and uptime.
Handle Firebase security rules and backups.
Optimize build time and deployment flow.
Automated deployment setup (CI/CD).
Monitoring dashboard for performance and logs.
Documentation of infrastructure workflow and credentials.
